At Kenzai we offer more than two dozen fitness programs. You can learn to do everything from meditation to swinging kettlebells to running a marathon.

Your entry point to this world of wellness is one of our 6 entry programs. These programs are specifically designed with Kenzai beginners in mind. Each of these courses will walk you through how to eat, exercise, and think about training the Kenzai way. Once you complete an entry program the world of advanced training opens up to you!

    35 DAY PROGRAM

    Learn the science of macronutrients, real food, fad diet fails, and proper nutrition. You’l be amazed the difference 5 weeks of eating right will make!

  • KENZAI WALK

    42 DAY PROGRAM

    A 6-week program that builds fitness through daily walks and better biomechanics, improving stamina and health at a gentle pace.

    56 DAY PROGRAM

    Boost your running skill with a combo of nutrition, strength, and programmed runs. Running isn’t just a talent some people have —it’s an art you can learn!

  • KENZAI IRON

    90 DAY PROGRAM

    Use nutrition and free weights to gain new levels of muscle tone and strength. Learn all the basic lifts and feel empowered and knowledgable in any gym!

  • KENZAI SILVER

    56 DAY PROGRAM

    Gentle body-weight workouts, nutrition, and lessons on aging skillfully. Designed for trainees 60 and over who know their best years are still ahead of them!
