Walking is the secret ingredient for a long and healthy life. Learn the hidden depths of this most basic of human movements and unlock the benefits for yourself.

In the crowded, flashy world of fitness, plain old walking seems like a quaint activity that can’t possibly get you in shape. In this 6 week program we aim to show you the true power of walking, and prove how effective walking and basic nutrition can be.

This course has no formal nutrition plan, and no workouts. However, you will commit to taking a walk every single day, and doing your best to eat clean along the easy-to-follow guidelines that we provide you. The goal is that over the 42 days you hardwire walking into the core of your day, something that even during the busiest times, gets done.

Daily lessons will explore the ins and outs of walking with skill and attention to detail. You’ll learn how to break down your stride and build it back again to create an efficient and sustainable gait that will serve you well through your life. We’ll get you in the right footwear, based on your bone structure and weak points. You’ll learn how to handle the stresses and strains that come with daily movement, and how to repair damage like shin splints, plantar fasciitis, and fallen arches.

This program is the perfect ramp-up into more intense Kenzai courses, or as a cool-down after a tough training cycle, when you want to keep moving but still create space for rest and recovery.

No mater what you’re starting point, you’ll find the old advice works to get results. Walk it off!
