We often think of happiness as something which happens to us (if we’re lucky). But by getting hooked on the habits of happiness you can create a life where joy isn’t always just over the horizon, but something that you cultivate each day.
Psychologists and researchers have given us a blueprint for what actually makes a human happy, and what we think makes us happy, but doesn’t. This program takes that advice and makes it actionable with daily lessons and activities.
How does Kenzai Happy work?
Kenzai Happy is a 4 week course that educates and guides you through the best practices that create happiness, while reducing stress and anxiety. During the 28 day course, you’ll learn:
• What actually makes you happy (and what doesn’t)
• How to recast your thinking to allow more happiness in.
• How to adjust your environment to allow more happiness.
• The brain chemistry behind your emotional states (and how to work with it for better mental health)
• How to use exercise, nutrition, and sleep as the foundation for happiness.
• Daily reflections, intellectually engaging journal prompts, and concrete happiness challenges to try during your week.
This is not just a reading course! Each day of Kenzai Happy you’ll have a series of actionable tasks to work through which will become the bedrock of a new approach to life.
This is not a physical fitness program. You’ll be asked to do 20-30 minutes of light exercise, and can eat however you like. Instead of a lot of physical fitness work, we’ll be spending time creating new mental best practices which will become your essential habits of happiness. This program is a great way to spend your time between more intense physical training programs.
In just 4 weeks you’ll be amazed how fresh and free you’ll feel. From that new happy place you can launch into whatever challenge catches your interest, be it a project at work, home, or your next Kenzai adventure.
