The human body wants to be lean, endurant, and strong. It’s just waiting for you to give it the right inputs. That means a consistent, full spectrum of nutrition, cardio, and resistance exercise to build muscle and tone.
Kenzai Body is our answer to the question, “What would it take to make a complete fitness program that didn’t cut a single corner? Give us 90 days, and we’ll show you how much dramatic change is possible!
What kind of commitment is Kenzai Body?
If we had a method to get you in shape without time or work, we’d happily give it to you (and use it ourselves). But getting real results takes a steady application of effort over extended periods of time. We’ve found that 3 months is the right time frame for a complete body recomposition, and to cement new healthy habits that will help you sustain and maintain your new physique.
We see the best results when trainees take on a bit of exercise every day. This makes your workout a part of your normal routine, and routine is what changes the body. This means you’ll have a 20-30 minute workout 6 days a week, with the last day of the week used for cardio only. All workouts are designed to be done at home, using minimal equipment of resistance bands, push-up bars, and a few chairs.
Of course exercise is only part of the equation. Each week our nutrition team will handcraft a custom diet just for you, based on your weekly photos and goals. So be sure to allow some time each day to prepare fresh food. We’ll show you how and support you along the way.
Throughout it all you’ll have a Kenzai trainer there for you. Your trainer will be your guide, cheerleader, sympathetic ear, question-answerer, and at times a tough coach that helps you rediscover your motivation. You can communicate with your trainer via our in-app messaging system, your training journal, or by arranging video or phone calls. We’ll make it work!
We want you to get both stronger and smarter, which is why every single day of your program comes with a clear, concise lesson that will teach you how to get in shape and stay in shape with the latest tools from sports science and psychology. Allow 10 minutes a day to do the reading and ask questions as they come up.
Finally, every adventure needs companions to share the highs and lows of the journey. When you join Kenzai Body, you’ll be placed into a cohort of roughly a dozen people who are all on the same day as you. Over the weeks, you’ll find this collection of people becomes a team that brings fun, color, and motivation to the shared goal of getting in great shape. Allow a few minutes a day for keeping up with your team and contributing to the conversation.
Add it all up, and you need to be prepared to spend 45-60 minutes a day on your Kenzai training. This sounds like a lot, but the app makes it seamless to do your workout, check your nutrition, and talk to your trainer and group throughout the day. You’ll find you get your time back (with interest) in energy, focus, and confidence. As we like to say, YOU’RE WORTH IT.
