Use advanced weight-training techniques to build on and extend the work done in Kenzai Iron. Create size and strength across the entire musculature with detailed lifting plans, log-booking, and serious nutrition.

Here’s How it works.
To get this program right, you’ll need access to a squat rack, barbells, plates, and a wide selection of dumbbells. Unlike Kenzai Iron, we won’t be rolling out daily resistance band alternatives. You’ll be training hard 6 days a week. Each week will conclude with a cardio only day to help you regroup - consolidating your gains in preparation for the week ahead.
Coming in at 100 Days of training, Iron Pro will ramp things up with an eye on your safety. Week one will be a refresher. From there, we’ll dedicate time to teaching you how to capture your 1 rep max for a host of new, and familiar, killer lifts. These stats - captured and recorded in the Kenzai app - will generate target loads for subsequent workouts. Now you’re lifting like a pro!
While your cardio will be lighter than other programs, you can expect Iron Pro training to be bolstered by a classic, clean Kenzai diet featuring plenty of protein inputs and a dedicated trainer committed to helping you walk away from the program bigger, better, and stronger than ever!

In Kenzai Iron you were introduced to lifting weights, being comfortable in a squat rack, and getting familiar with the major compound lifts. By sticking with the basics you built some serious muscle and gained confidence in the gym. But where to go from there?
Kenzai Iron Pro builds on that foundation and focuses on more advanced techniques. It will take your weight-based strength training to completely new levels. If you’ve smashed Iron, maybe more than once, and are looking to explore different techniques for maximum hypertrophy, this program is for you.
