As we trainers read your journals, we’re always impressed by the clever solutions you come up with to the many obstacles that arise during training. At Kenzai HQ we always end up saying, “That’s such a good tip. We really need to write that down!”
The time has come do do just that!
For the next few weeks, we’re collecting the best member tips on how to succeed in your Kenzai programs —nutrition hacks, workout tricks, time-savers, mindset boosters—you name it. If you found it helpful, it’s a sure bet that someone else will too!
Our goal is to get at least 100 killer tips. We’ll then edit and compile them into an attractive resource that will be available to all. Your tip can help so many people now and in the future to reach their goals!
